Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refunds after that.

Arrival time is any time after 4pm and departure time is by 11am.
Yes, all reservations come with parking for one vehicle.
Street parking for a 2nd vehicle at some properties are available. Others properties can accommodate a 2nd vehicle at a small nightly fee. Send us an email at info@suitexcape.com if bringing 2 vehicles.
Pet/s are not allowed on the property at any time without prior written consent. With the exception of service animals, breed and pet restrictions are imposed by various residential communities. Requests to bring a pet must be pre-approved prior to booking. If allowed, there’s a pet fee of $125 per pet/per week that must be paid prior to the check-in date. Only one pet per reservation is allowed. Guests staying longer than 2 weeks must agree to a cleaning every 2 weeks at the cleaning fee rate for the property.
Yes, all our properties have high speed Wi-Fi available for your use during your stay.
We have an easy self-check in process for each of our properties, you will receive all relevant details such as address information, smart lock or door codes 24 hours before check in.
All security deposits will be returned within 7 days of checkout subject to housekeeping review.
