1. I use smart technology in my home – smart locks, smart thermostat, smart TVs, smart smoke detectors and many more.
2. Health and safety is our top priority! A professional, thorough cleaning and sanitizing process is conducted between guests. Everything from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches are cleaned and sanitized. Due to this lengthy cleaning process, late check-outs or early check-ins are extremely difficult to accommodate.
3. Please remember that you’re staying in a private residence, not a hotel. Please treat our home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.
4. The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other neighbors’ pets during your stay.
