Upon entering the home, you’ll step into the welcoming foyer area, with a plush and cozy sitting room space to your left, the formal dining area behind it, then the kitchen in the backdrop. The living room, kitchen and dining area are all on the large open space main floor. The beautiful dining area, living room space and kitchen areas are perfectly situated and connected, creating an inviting open space for your entire group to engage in intriguing conversations, gather, dine-in and wine-down. From the kitchen area is the exit to the fully fenced backyard area.

⇥ Your home has dedicated parking. The driveway, with the fence opened is large enough to fit 4 cars. There is also plenty of street parking directly in front of the home.

⇥ I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft to and from DC or any of the surrounding areas, it’s much easier and convenient when it comes to parking.

Notes

1. I use smart technology in my home – smart locks, smart thermostat, smart TVs, smart smoke detectors and many more. Home is equipped with a smart lock. Access to the property requires using the August Home mobile application. There is no physical key access.

2. Health and safety remains my top priority! A professional, thorough cleaning and sanitizing process is conducted between guests. Everything from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches are cleaned and sanitized. Due to this lengthy cleaning process, late check-outs or early check-ins are extremely difficult to accommodate.

3. Please remember that you’re staying in a private residence in an upscale residential neighborhood with families and kids, not a hotel. Please treat my home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.

4. The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other neighbors’ pets during your stay while strolling about the neighborhood.

5. This is a 3 level home so one must climb stairs to the reach the upper bedroom areas. There is also a detached bedroom located in it’s own separate quarters which one must climb a set of stairs to reach.

6. Absolutely no parties or events. This property is equipped with a noise sensor. Please see house rules.

7. One of the bedrooms features drawers for clothes storage, instead of a closet, providing an efficient and stylish solution for keeping your belongings organized.
