Upon entering the home, you’ll step into the dinning area, with the plush and cozy living room space in the backdrop. It features a smart 65″ TV to stream your favorite movies and shows on Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. The living room, kitchen and dining area are all on the large open space main floor. The beautiful dining area, living room space and kitchen areas are perfectly situated and connected, creating an inviting open space for your entire group to engage in intriguing conversations, gather, dine-in and wine-down. From the kitchen area is the exit to the fully fenced backyard area with a sprawling garden.

With Whole Foods approximately 10 minutes walk and a kitchen that is fully-stocked, you have access to everything you’ll need to make and enjoy meals at home. You’ll also avoid all the inconveniences of a hotel – no kitchen, tiny fridge, eating out for every meal and many more.

The home features hardwood floors throughout with stairs leading you to the 2nd and 3rd levels of the home where you will find the four bedrooms, and three full-size bathrooms. The 2nd floor bedrooms are plush and sleeps two very comfortably in each King-size bed. They both feature an ensuite bathroom. On the 3rd floor, there’s the 2 full size beds in a room with a dedicated workspace – a desk and chair; excellent for Zoom calls or simply a quiet space to get work done. The second bedroom on the 3rd floor features a King bed as well. On this floor is where you’ll also find the complimentary washer and dryer.

Notes

1. I use smart technology in my home – smart locks, smart thermostat, smart TVs, smart smoke detectors and many more.

2. Health and safety remains our top priority! A professional, thorough cleaning and sanitizing process is conducted between guests. Everything from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches are cleaned and sanitized. Due to this lengthy cleaning process, late check-outs or early check-ins are extremely difficult to accommodate.

3. Please remember that you’re staying in a private residence in an upscale residential neighborhood with families and kids, not a hotel. Please treat my home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.

4. The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other neighbors’ pets during your stay while strolling about the neighborhood.

5. This is a 3 level home so one must climb stairs to the reach the upper bedroom areas.

6. Absolutely no parties or events. This property is equipped with a noise sensor. Please see house rules.

7. The bedroom with the 2 full size beds on the 3rd floor has a slanting ceiling.
