The neighborhood is easily walkable, and the Braddock Road Metro Station is just a short walk away from the home. There are also plenty of bike share options and bike lanes for those who prefer to cycle. If you choose to drive, street parking is available in the neighborhood but can be limited during peak hours. It’s recommended that guests plan accordingly or utilize public transportation options for a hassle-free experience. Additionally, there are several ride-sharing services available in the area, making it convenient to get around without a car.

1. I use smart technology in my home: smart locks, smart thermostat, smart TVs, smart smoke detectors and many more.

2. Health and safety remains my top priority! A professional, thorough cleaning and sanitizing process is conducted between guests. Everything from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches are cleaned and sanitized. Due to this lengthy cleaning process, late check-outs or early check-ins are extremely difficult to accommodate.

3. Please remember that you’re staying in a private residence in a respected residential neighborhood with families and kids, not a hotel. Please treat my home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.

4. The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other neighbors’ pets during your stay while strolling about the neighborhood.

5. This is a 3-level home so one must climb stairs to reach the upper bedroom areas.

6. Absolutely no parties or events. This property is equipped with a noise sensor. Please see house rules.

7. The stairs leading to the basement has a sloped ceiling.

8. All guests staying 3 1/2 weeks or longer must agree to a mid-stay clean every 2 weeks.
